Winemaking Notes
The cooler section of Trinity Ridge Vineyard offers ideal terroir for producing elegant, medium-bodied Chardonnay of great complexity and finesse. Abundant citrus and floral aromas introduce a rich, silky palate layered with crisp apple, delicate pear, and brioche that carry through over a lingering finish accented by subtle spice and mineral notes.

Vineyard Notes
Trinity Ridge Vineyard is a dramatic growing site at the height of elevation in the Moon Mountain District above Sonoma Valley. Nine acres of vines carved out of this 52-acre site, with its rugged, rocky, volcanic terrain, offer a diverse mosaic of soils, microclimates and exposures. This allows us to produce single varietal wines of great intensity, complexity, and minerality.
At an elevation of 1,700 feet, the south and west-facing blocks with their basaltic soils are ideal for Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc. Syrah and Chardonnay thrive in the deeper soil of the cooler bowl section of the vineyard.
