Winemaking Notes
Zut Alors is named for the "Aha!" moments in winemaking when the wine comes together beautifully. It is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and aged with a subtle use of prior use French oak, for a little rounder mouthfeel while retaining a bright finish.
Zut Alors is aromatic with honeysuckle, jasmine and orange blossom, and its pleasing palate offers flavors of fresh cut apple and pear, with a zesty citrus finish.

Vineyard Notes
Los Guilicos Estate Vineyard, our newest property, is just off Highway 12, north of the winery and southwest of the town of Kenwood. This location is an ideal microclimate for producing Sauvignon Blanc that offers the crisp acidity, minerality, and wonderful depth of flavor we are looking for.
We have meticulously redeveloped this site as we expand our white wine offerings. The fruit grown here makes for a perfect complement to the Semillon grown at our Just Creek Vineyards.
