Winemaking Notes
Zut Alors, named for the "Aha!" moments in winemaking. 100% Sauvignon Blanc, Zut Alors is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in a combination of tanks and neutral French oak barrels for a little rounder mouthfeel.
Zut Alors is aromatic with honeysuckle, jasmine and orange blossom. Its succulent palate offers bright flavors of fresh cut apple and pear with a vibrant citrus and mineral finish.

Vineyard Notes
Los Guilicos Estate Vineyard, our newest property, is just off Highway 12, north of the winery and southwest of the town of Kenwood. This location is an ideal microclimate for producing Sauvignon Blanc that offers the crisp acidity, minerality, and wonderful depth of flavor we are looking for.
We have meticulously redeveloped this site as we expand our white wine offerings. The fruit grown here makes for a perfect complement to the Semillon grown at our Just Creek Vineyards.
