Pale straw in color, this racy Sauvignon Blanc is aromatic with key lime, grapefruit, and white flowers. The palate is bright and flinty with fresh, clean flavors of green apple, mandarin orange, and citrus.

Los Guilicos Vineyard is just north of the winery in an ideal microclimate for producing Sauvignon Blanc. This site provides us with the crisp acidity, minerality, and great depth of flavor we are looking for.
